Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from.

The App is free to download. The free version shows ads and has the limits shown in the App, for example 1 auto-reply rule, 5 saved sessions and 1 browser on the bridge. We may adjust free features and limits with notice in the App.

•BlueTerm Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks Pro features for as long as the App is offered. It is not a subscription and never renews automatically. There is no free trial.

•Payment is handled by Apple or Google. The price is shown in the store in your currency before you buy.

•Restore your purchase with "Restore purchase" using the same store account. Purchases do not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.

•Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

•You are responsible for the hardware you connect and for every command sent to it — whether you type it, a macro, rule or sequence sends it, or an AI agent sends it through MCP. Check automations and the permissions you give AI agents before you use them on real equipment.

•Only connect to devices and networks you own or are authorised to use.

•The bridge, MCP and web dashboard use plain HTTP on your local network. Use them only on networks you trust, keep your password and MCP key private, and turn them off when you are done.

•Do not use the App to control equipment where a failure could cause injury, death, or serious property or environmental damage, such as medical, vehicle or safety systems.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App except where the law allows it, bypass its purchase or licence checks, resell or redistribute it, or use it to break the law or to harm others' devices, networks or data.

The App works with services we do not control, such as the App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, RevenueCat and MCP clients such as Claude Code or Cursor. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Bluetooth device, and Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi connections may drop or lose data.

To the extent the law allows, Mint-Soft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, hardware damage or lost profits arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

The App, its design and content belong to Mint-Soft or its licensors. Data you collect with the App belongs to you.

We may update or discontinue the App or features of it. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these Terms.

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and Mint-Soft, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims about the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the Seoul Central District Court, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings or apply its law there.

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the App. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.
